In baseball talent, while essential, is only part of the equation for success. "Intangibles" gives great insight in to what it takes to be a complete athlete. Stories of real professionals that intrigue you as well as strategies to help you develop the mentality to be your best is at the core of what this book is about. I've been blessed to play this game for a living for 18 years now. The process of developing the needed mindset to last that long is never ending. Working with Geoff personally and now reading "Intangibles" has assisted in that development. I love this book for players, coaches and parents. Our sport is so competitive, talent alone won't get you to the top. Geoff helps his reader to understand that and build a mental skill set that will.
