Description

In James Patterson's dazzling thriller, two secret agents hunt down a serial killer targeting honeymoon couples in Rome.
A newlywed couple steps into the sauna in their deluxe honeymoon suite-and never steps out again. When another couple is killed while boarding their honeymoon flight to Rome, it becomes clear that someone is targeting honeymooners, and it's anyone's guess which happy couple is next on the list. FBI Agent John O'Hara is deep into solving the case, while Special Agent Sarah Brubaker is hunting another ingenious serial killer, whose victims all have one chilling thing in common.
As wedding hysteria rises to a frightening new level, John and Sarah work ever more closely together in a frantic attempt to decipher the logic behind two rampages. From "The Man Who Can't Miss," Second Honeymoon is the most mesmerizing, most exciting, and most surprising thriller ever (Time).

It was so cliche and stupid. It was a real struggle to finish it.

I read this book from beginning to end in less than 8 hours. It immediately captures your attention and makes you want to read more and more as the plot builds. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a good thriller/action story.

Great read, fast paced, no dragging parts, just an all around good mystery. Always liked James Patterson.
  • Confusing

Switches between characters often making it difficult to follow the plot. Intentionally misleads the reader apparently to create suspense but only leads to confusion. One of the poorer novels with the Patterson name on it.

I loved this book! Everything about it was right up my alley. Very detailed and suspenseful. Now I'm trying to find another James Patterson book like it. Anyone who likes "action packed" should get this book.

Really liked both books. For those of you who don't like it when Patterson partners with other writers is silly. First, it gives his books a different tone and wit. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've never read a bad Patterson book.

I read a lot of books of this genre and this is now one of my favorites. Great story, characters, and narrator.
