  • Classic tips but some outdated

I thought the book was great and I really liked a lot of the classic disciplines it focused on. I did feel that some of the sales strategies are outdated and or could've been more carefully word to use with caution depending on your industry and/or culture. Customers buying behavior is always changing and a sales person's strategy must evolve with those changes. These are just some of the reasons why have the book 3 stars. Overall I would recommend the book and thought it was a good read.

It's an easy read and has a lot to offer. Trains a person how a sales person should be to affectively do his or her job, the mentality of selling. Not great on details on some practical examples but give you the formula to figure out how to create it yourself.
