    I’m a huge fan of this author and this series. However, I could not like female lead AT ALL. You need to learn to be independent and confident? Go to therapy. You don’t leave your husband and deprive him of his child. And the male lead- why the heck did he never say as much? He made a couple of well earned digs at her and that’s it. Minimum she should have begged his forgiveness. Very frustrated reader.

    This was a surprisingly really good read. EMT Chance arrives at a car accident and finds it's his wife that left him a couple of years before and a toddler boy, his son he knew nothing about. When Delia discovered she was pregnant, she panicked because of some childhood trauma, and ran away. But after having her son and realizing what she is keeping from the man she still loves, she heads home and hopefully forgiveness. These characters are well written, compelling, the book fast paced, full of sizzle, and more. Great read. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    I received a complimentary copy of this novella and I am voluntarily reviewing it. This is a short read. A great way to escape for an hour or maybe two. This is told in a dual POV format. Getting that glimpse into the main characters' thoughts really help me to better understand and connect to the characters. I enjoy a story so much better if I can understand why they do something during or just after a scene instead of at the end. I was completely enchanted by this story. I kinda wish it was a little bit long but the story stands perfectly just like it is. This is a small sexy scene here so there is a word of warning.

    Starts with a bang from the very first page to the very last. Interesting storyline that you don't expect but will have you feeling all kinds of emotions. You get secrets, past issues, insecurities, healing and so much more. Fast paced read with wonderful characters that you can't help but love.
